incoming box moving / engineer booking

need to get the incoming bt box moved which Now TV have to do apparently, seems no easy way to book an engineer or indeed talk to anyone about it..

It won't be NOW, they are your middle man with OpenReach. Who run and maintain the network.

cheers @gavs82008 , i did find that number in the end and after half an hour got an answer and booked an appointment - obviously no easier way...
