iPhone won’t log on

Hi. When my Daughter visits us she can’t get her iPhone to log on to our broadband and has to use her data. Could we have too many devices running?

If she has Private Relay set on her iPhone, get her to switch that off, at least while she’s visiting.

It is known to cause this issue.

Never heard of that one in connecting to a router, only NOW TV?

I wouldn't have thought so. It should be a simple matter of searching for your home WiFi connection on the iPhone and putting in the appropriate password. Is the wireless network address/SSID not showing when she tries?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
