My setup day and delivery hub was on 12/12/2018 , was delayed on 17/12 again 19/12 And again 20/12 . I don’t know whether I will receive the broadband hub or need to wait longer . very confused,

When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst signed in on here does it give you a new date for the delivery of the Hub Router and your live switch on date ?
Normally the Hub Router is delivered 1 week before your live activation date.
If it was me i would phone the NowTV Broadband Team, where you will find their number under the Orders & Appointment section and click on the drop down arrow below live broadband and telephone going live date.
