how can i contact now tv

I had no broadband or phone on tuesday my broadband is now back but very slow and I still have no phone line . I cant find anyway of contacting anyone . Also my contract is almost up I am not prepaired to pay an increased amount as the service has not been brilliant with low speeds and loss of service but I cant talk to anyone about this . HELP

You can contact NowTV for broadband queries on the number they gave you for this purpose. Look under Broadband & Calls, Moving Home, and use the number given there.

 

I know you aren’t moving home, but it is this same number.

 

You may face a long wait, but this is your only option at the minute, I’m afraid,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
