Hi,
My broadband was supposed to go up today but it isn't working. The internet light on the hub 2 is not on. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the line. My service status says
"Your broadband and calls haven't gone live yet." Is there a 24 hotline I can call or do I need to wait till day time?

@Anonymous User If today (17th) is your “go live” date, then it can happen at any time up till 23:59 (worst case). So just be patient and watch the lights on the router. You posted just after midnight, so there won’t be any Openreach engineers available at that time to do the required work at either the exchange or the street cabinet.
