has router changed? Getting lots of outages now but lights all green

Broadband has been superb for years, but last few days router seems to lock up or something... Lights all green but not accessible. Power cycle fixes it, but went at 11:57 last night, off till reboot at 9:10 then only lasted till 10:45 and gone again.

Wondering if there has been a recent update pushed out to routers!

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Factory reset, followed by only customisation of turning off WiFi (Ubiquiti Web handles all that).

No planned outages

Seems like router simply hung... happened 3 times now over 2 days. Local network still up (Ubiquiti acting as DHCP... just no 'uplink' all of a sudden despite 2 x greed lights (obv WiFi one not iluminated as turned off).

Been OK for a whole day now, v.odd. Was just wondering if there had been any major new Software Rollout, but nobody else having issues so maybe just one of those things.

I'll get in touch as above if it re-occurs.
