I have been in touch and had all systems checked out ok after a recent line repair...I can not get audio on videos etc....the only way I have found to correct this is to constantly reset my hub...this suggests to me a faulty hub...send new one, also, how do I access the live chat that the phone message suggests I do?

Live chat is only for TV, for a new broadband router you need to call the team to get this sorted. See link for number.
