Have a 15.8 Mbps download speed
BUT
a 0.72 Mbps upload speed.
Something isn't quite right here -
I have optimized my network (installed TP deco link - done speed tests with and without the mesh network), restarted it, but after trawling through other forums I think the issue may be with Now Tv/Openreach.
I'm using a ChromeOS so unable to download https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php to rectify - if any
BUT i think the issue is bigger than me, perhaps i need an engineer visit??

sounds like adsl2 speed.
what synch speed are you seeing in the router's interface?

Assuming you’ve done the usual reboot the router?
Is your speed poor on Ethernet or Wi-Fi?
If it’s Wi-Fi you can split the signals which can improve the speed.

Your Hub Two is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz). Splitting these bands to create 2 different Wi-Fi networks can help to improve the speed to your devices. Here’s how to do it:

HI @gavs82008 Not sure how to check if speed is poor on ethernet?
but i split the wireless already using same instructions you provided from now tv - so the data sent over to you was when the wifi was already split (sorry forgot to say!)

@Anonymous User
PPPoA indicates that you are on the maximum speeds for adsl copper all the way from the exchange. You will not get any faster without upgrading to vdsl fttc (if available)
