Has any one else experienced a significant degradation of service over the last 10 days. I am seeing huge variation in network response. with ping times averaging at over 200ms and sometime over 2s. As a result voice calls and streaming services are constantly timing out.
I have raised this with support, but i'm getting the run around with the standard reset your router, and channel wifi channel despite me being wired to the router. To me it looks like something has changed inside the sky network.
What sort of trace route responses do people get to googls-DNS (8.8.8.8) or the BBC? For me the problem seems to be routing inside the Sky network?
