constant drop out

around the same time every night between 7pm-10 pm

My internet connection drop fro 5 mins. - an absolute pain when watch catchup tv

I am working from home today and see my internet down load speed is slower that my upload

Come on Sky whats going on - absolutely now way of contacting customer support- all the auto check sat everything is ok ( yeah right)

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
