broadband

my broadband was working fine up untill this morning. and it as now gone off and wont let anything connect to it. i have tryed to search for my status update and it till me i am still waiting for it to be set up. its been up and running for a week gone monday

Welcome to the forum. If a simple reboot of the Hub doesn't help then I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call and get them to troubleshoot it for you. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
