Afternoon all
Been with NOWTV for broadband for about 6 weeks now and for the first month, seemed fine, didn't notice anything different to the last isp (talktalk)
Last few days, speed has seemed slower which promted me to do a speedcheck which is returning 5-ish mbps for the download and 10-ish mbps for the upload.
Came onto my NOWtv account to perform a speedtest, which they don't seem to do?
Tested the line and that's now saying everything is great at 56 mbps, even though the speedtest on both wired and wireless connections is getting far less, between 5 - 10 mbps (last wired one before typing this was 4.77 mbps 😳
The online account did direct me to call NOWtv to discuss the issues that it was having, but now isn't(?), but the number given doesn't go anywhere, just fails the call?
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
