I have a rental property and I have been told by the company that hosts it that there was 6 hour power cut there 3 days ago. Since then the internet is not working. The have sent me photos that show there is power to the box, a working wireless connection but no internet. They have unplugged everything and tried to reset it but it has not helped. This is the only TV we have in the property too. Due to this I have already lost one holiday maker and another is due in tonight. I cannot get through to anyone that can help me from Now TV - does anyone else have any suggestions?
I am not sure that NOW broadband is a suitable service for a business such as yours. Nevertheless I don't understand why you cannot get throuh to them? Their regular phone number is 0330 332 3050; alternatively try the complaints number on 0800 759 1213.
