broadband down in Edinburgh area?

Just been trying to fix a connection issue but it looks like it's a Now issue? Anyone else having problems connecting?

I can't see anything flagged specifically on the website, you are best to get on directly to the broadband support team by calling 0330 041 2518, bear in mind that they won't be open until 8:00am tomorrow.

It doesn’t say where, but there is a spike at about the time you reported, and an even bigger one a couple of hours later….,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
