This is such an annoyance. How can I access and stop the broadband buddy- I never asked for it and I DO NOT WANT IT!
When I get into my account, using both my android phone and laptop using, I keep getting the following message:
Can anyone help as the now tv "support" appear to be on holiday. This really is a joke.

Broadband Buddy default settings is PG13.
You can change the Age rating , customise or switch off Broadband Buddy Settings in your account.
Open this page below and there is a link to take you directly to your Broadband Buddy Settings.

Have you tried a different internet browser (MS Edge works for me).
If no joy, then phone the NowTV Broadband Team (there is a telephone number in this link page below to phone).
