broadband buddy dont let change settings

broadband buddy doesnt let me change settings only on tv settings not internet can some one help me with this or do i have to change it via a computer

No problem here changing the settings on my broadband buddy by going to My Account > Parental Controls by signing into my account on the nowtv website using Microsoft Edge internet browser on my Windows 10 Tablet.

Perhaps try a different internet browser or device when attempting to change your broadband buddy settings.
