I have just switched from plusnet to now TV broadband.Which hub is better? now hub 2 or plusnet hub 2 DSL?I stepped out my front door and lost internet which seemed odd as the hub is in my lounge!Can I use the plusnet hub instead?

Slow broadband

My broadband has been terrible lately, I’m on the fastest speeds available, the Now TV line test says 50mbps but through external speed tests it’s 18mbps. Everything is pixelated all the time and buffers.
