Hi, I've recently signed up to Now Broadband & the router was sent out but I was not in when they attempted to deliver it. They have said I need to contact you to arrange for it to be redelivered. Can you help?

WhatsApp doesn't work on my now WIFI

My whatsapp doesn't work when I connect to my now WIFI, it works however when I connect to my neighbour's wifi (virgin). Is there a privacy setup that I need to tweak I wonder? Any help will be appreciated
