Landline Phone Voltage

I've recently bought a panasonic home phone but the caller ID only works randomly. Panasonic told me to check that the phone line (from NOW TV) is getting at least 5.1 volts. How do I find that out?

Telephone number

Where can I find my telephone number?  We were told we had kept our old landline number but that is not the case.  We need to get in touch with NOW about this as a matter of urgency and do not know how to do this.  Any advice?

Broadband Router Not Recieved

I have had an engineer visit and the work has been done externally. But i haven’t received a broadband router. When i check track orders it says “nothing to see here” and it’s really hard to contact Now Tv about it. The chat bot doesn’t help.
