Resolved! Broadband Installation

I don’t have a BT phone line or socket, do I need one for a broadband installation?Also, will an engineer be scheduled to come and install it once I place my order?

Transfer of NOW subscription

I have a monthly Now subscription in my home. If I go on holiday and take my laptop with me, is there anyway I can use my membership to view NOW material? Do I have to take out a second subscription?
