Really poor bitrates on history channel

Router keeps rebooting

My NOW TV Hub Two router keeps rebooting itself. Yesterday it must have rebooted itself 20 times.I assume it is rebooting when the only the power light is on and it is red, then the others eventually light up to the 3 greensAny suggestions why?
