Resolved! No incoming calls

I cannot receive incoming calls on my landline , I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Now tv but you cannot talk to a person and there is no specific link for this issue , can anybody help ?

Searching

Anyone not able to use certain apps on their phone or certain websites do not load on google using Now Wifi. Works at my parents and they have BT so it’s definitely something to do with Now Wifi. Anyone know how I would fix this?
