Hi what do i need to do to get auto compensation - i went a week without broadband - telephoned today and was offered £5 - had ongoing issues with misinformation from call centre - very poor service

No full internet

Hi I had my broadband activated on 11/1/24. Everything went well setting it up. But then i noticed a message saying CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET, I can do some things but there is a lot I can't do, I have photo's showing how I set it up.
