Hub has not arrived

My go live date is today and my engineer has setup my phone line but I have not received a hub/router. What is going on?

Resolved! Access to router

When I try to log in, it does not acept my username and password.  I assume that it is the wireless name and password that it is looking for.  I have also used my NOW username and password without success.
