Internet down

Day three now, no Internet. All Nowtv say "there is an Outage in your area and the Engineers are working on it" no details or contact or when available.Terrible customer care and why is there so many outages in the country, not good enough.

unavailable flat

I am looking to get broadband in my flat, however, it tells me that its unavailable in my individual flat, but available in the rest of the building. Any idea why this is and how I can sort it out?
