Changing providers

I have just signed up to now tv but I am with talk talk at the moment. I am not due to go live for another two weeks. When I do, will I need to contact talk talk to terminate my account with them or will it happen automatically?

Changing my wireless password

I spent 2 hours on my mobile calling now TV yesterday to get my hub working as it would not accept any passwords  still no access to my internet 9 hours later can anyone help

Slow broadband

I’ve had my broadband for about 5/6 months now and the broadband speed is so slow.. 4.51 download speed. What can I do to help this? It’s really frustrating.
