My router has lost its password security.
I gave a visitor my router password to get online. He found that my wifi was not protected and open to anyone. I've reset the router to no avail. Any suggestions on how to get password protection back?

I have just signed up to now tv but I am with talk talk at the moment. I am not due to go live for another two weeks. When I do, will I need to contact talk talk to terminate my account with them or will it happen automatically?
