iv received my router and im registered with my account but so far iv been waiting 8 weeks and still waiting to be connected to the internet ,iv made numerouse phone calls to NOW broadband still no help , extremley unprofesional company

speed below guarantee

Audio lag BUT only on sky shows?

We are getting audio lag (audio out of sync with images) which becomes so bad that the show becomes unwatchable. HOWEVER, for some reason it only happens on Sky shows via our entertainment package. BBC iplayer, ITV x (through Now tv) etc are all fine...
