i am informed that i need an aero theme to play the player. i have downloaded a theme, but the player does still not work. i am alsdo informed from other sites that aero theme does not work anymore on windows 7. is this correct ?

Can anyone in Now Tv please help with this problem - Havent been able to to use NOW on my PC for months.

Go to control panel,administrative tools and services.Find themes and restart service.It worked for me.
