Same, no internet since 1:45pm today. No information/update from NOW.
You won’t get any updates on the forum. You have to call the broadband team from one of the posts from me in the thread posted.
Still no connection. No information from NOW either. Does anyone have any update on the problem or the works being done (I'm hoping an engineer is doing something)?

On the subject of engineers, did anyone see activity near the "cupboards" on Gossoms End or at the BT Exchange?
I actually think i noticed vans by the exchange yesterday. Cannot be certain that they were indeed linked to it mind.
It is still not working, so I'm guessing they didn't do a good job if it was linked...
I think we are back down...
