My start date was supposed to be yesterday but I discovered this afternoon that it has been delayed for nearly a fortnight. “Nothing we can do; it’s your previous provider that has delayed the switch.” So much for the “we’ll do the switching for you” guarantee. My previous provider’s router now doesn’t work and it’s up to me to sort it out. Can’t say I’m particularly impressed!
