Xmeye security app Android won't work with Now TV broadband

I've just joined Now TV and everything is fine except the Annke security system I have, the app Xmeye won't work since I switched to Now broadband. It's android, and a surveillance monitor app. I've tried resetting, checking hdmi cable, I emailed Now broadband and they said it was the broadband buddy so that was turned off, but it's not.

 

The app scrolls round and round "connecting", or displays device not online. Xmeye aren't great for helping with tech issues and I've tried them. My smart heating app works fine. Any settings I could tweak etc?

I had massive problems with a camera not providing notifications.  I thought it was the app but I wasn't getting yahoo mail notifications whenever I was on the broadband wifi.  It turned out that it was the Now broadband buddy which was set to the default value of 13 and above!  Changed that and everything works fine now.
