Worst broadband ever

I have nothing to say other than the fact that I curse the day I came across NOWTV and paid for a membership. I have now moved to Vodafone and I’m expecting MY FULL REFUND FROM NOWTV BROADBAND

You need to call the broadband team using the number from the below link.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Oh I did that just well and cancelled over the phone and via email

Whether you will be due a refund from Now depends on a couple of factors.

How long were you with Now, and did you use the complaints procedure and codes of practice?
