I am assuming when the internet drops out the middle green light disappears or changes to amber on your NowTV Router ?
Or are the drop outs WiFi related and is this effecting all your WiFi connected devices ?
Give the NowTV Broadband Team a call and let them know what you are experiencing with random internet drop outs where it may need further investigation or a possible replacement Hub Router.
