Won’t connect to VPN

I got my Hub yesterday and it went live today (06-10-23) I’ve managed to connect to phone/iPad devices. Also connected to my tv, but when I try to use the Surfshark app for a VPN i get the message saying… Your network is restricted and connection to VPN may fail. Please, connect to a different network. 

I’m just wondered if anyone could help me out if this is down to my broadband or not?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
