My Wi-Fi has been cutti

g off for the past 2 month… it’s very frustrating and tbh I signed up because I was told it’s the “best” network. Well that was clearly not the case!! Not a happy customer, been with you for a while

It’s your connection that has been cut, the connection which gives you Ethernet and Wi-Fi. We are just customers like you, saying “you” won’t get very far as broadband staff don’t post on the forum.


Have you called the broadband team to see what’s going on?

It might be the best network (that is debatable), but it's definitely the worst router.
