Hi.. my wifi has been switched off for a month and I have a new phone. I enter wifi password then it says authorization code required then nothing...help please

Hi..the WIFI is on...when trying to connect, I put in my wifi code then another message says authorization required. I click on that and it just shows me how to make sure cable connections are secure

Is the phone the only device you have to connect to the WiFi?
Do you have 3 green LED's on the router?

Yes, phone only. No, only the two outer lights are green. I've tried resetting the router and tested all cable connections.

Yes, it was a damaged cable outside of my building but all sorted now!

Try this:
Connect via Ethernet cable (not wifi) and go to http://192.168.0.1 and from there you will be able to access the configuration settings of the router
