I currently have Now Wifi and I have had a lot of problems with it recently. It has been cutting off a lot even after having BT open reach out to fix it.
does anyone know how to fix this issue or if I need a new box

How long have you had broadband with NOW?
You can try splitting the bands.

It's not easy to be sure if you are saying you have Wi-Fi or broadband/line problem. If it's Wi-Fi Openreach can't fix that.
Your opening post doesnt make much sense.
Is the connection stable using ethernet - a wired connection, as opposed to wifi?
