Wifi on but not working for social media

Am on wifi, I tried to reset, to check my status, my line I tried everything but I can only use my wifi for Google it’s not working for my WhatsApp or Snapchat.

Hi @Anonymous User 

Is it definitely your wifi that is dropping using these sites on and not NOW Broadband Buddy blocking them.

Try changing the age rating on your online account under Settings > Broadband Buddy to see if this makes any difference.

If that doesn't help, then try disabling IPV6 on your NOW Router (type IPV6 in the Community search box for threads with instructions on it).
