Wifi keeps dropping, asking to sign in

Got broadband a month ago, it had been working fine until a few days ago, where it keeps cutting off and saying 'connected but no internet', 'sign in to network'. It will then connect fine after a couple mins then drop again. Very infuriating! I've checked that the wires are all connected properly and they seem to be.

Use this link to check the status of your line and also do a factory reset to the router indicated.

If that all fails call the broadband team using the number from the link below.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
