Wifi drops out at least every hour

Our wifi has been dropping out at least once every hour for about 10-15 minutes each time. 

We signed up with now tv as it was all we could get in our flat aside from more expensive cellular wifi. We were promised an average of 20mb/s but only get around 4/5 this is not the main issue though. Our wifi drops out probably constantly. Some of us work from home a lot so it is impossible to work. None of the support helps and NowTV make it impossible to find a contact number.

When did you sign up to broadband? Have you had a live connection for over 10 days?


If might not work, but you can split the Wi-fi bands,


Assuming your past the 10 days after going live, have you tried doing a reset to your router by holding the button for 10-15 seconds?
