Wifi booster needed

Good evening,

 

The router wifi signal doesn't reach every room in the house and the engineer that came home to install the line told us to contact NOW TV in order for them to send us a wifi booster.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

You will need to phone the NowTV Broadband Team to see if they can improve the wifi performance to your NowTV Hub Router.

 

From what i read NowTV don't offer a free or supply any type of wifi extender and may contribute £15 from what i have read on the forum.

 

Use this link where there is a telephone number to phone the NowTV Broadband Team for your options.
