Wifi Down

Have had no wifi for the past 40 mins, all 3 lights on the box are green but get no internet on any devices, have reset the box twice and still the same

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
