WiFi not working

Hello 

 

My wifi is not working, on any device - phones, TVs or laptops. I have reset twice and reset the devices. All green lights are showing so I don’t know what more I can do?

Is this on Now Broadband?

and you will be put through to an advisor if things are not as they should be.

 

If it’s not Now Broadband, then same thing, but through the website of whoever does provide your broadband.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It is Now broadband. 

Clicked on your link and says that all is OK.

Followed instructions re setting up android phone to new router, but still have same messages and asterix next to Wi-Fi signal image on mobile.

Reckon must be phone, rather than router/Wi-Fi.
