Double check the wiring on the Router and to your telephone socket.
Then try a factory reset on the Router by holding the reset button on the back of the Router for about 15 seconds.
Give it about 5 minutes and if you are not seeing three green lights on the front of the Router, then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call where they will check and test your line.
You will find their telephone number under My Account whilst logged in on here and selecting Orders & Appointments from the drop down menu options.
Once on the Orders & Appointments page click the drop down arrow below live date to reveal the telephone number to call.
Whilst waiting to get through, maybe go to My Account > Technical Checks on here to see what the Hub Router is reporting back.
