WiFi mac address filter

Just took delivery of a Hub 2 and am going through customising it prior to switchover. I can't find a WiFi mac address filter (whitelist). Is there one hidden away somewhere?

Sorry I am not a broadband customer, best to give the team a call.

Based on an other query I have found contacting Now TV to be a waste of time.

Why are you sorry that you are not a broadband customer?

I am apologising for not being able to be much help. Whereas if I were I might be able to assist by doing checks on my own router.

Instead of posting "bumpty bump" across threads, get in touch with Now TV directly than on a customer forum.

Ways of getting in touch have been posted across both threads.

My other contact with them has not got anywhere.

I have been with other providers and learnt from customer forums menus that are not readily published by the provider. As NowTV are reluctant to deal with my other query I felt that the Community was worth a try. I'll stop bumping this one as it is looking unlikely that a wireless mac filter is an option.
