So we've moved into a new place and received our WiFi box and set up as normal, yet when we go on our now tv account it hasn't updated that it has arrived with us nor that it is setup ready for internet. The activation code on the front of the packaging says it won't be live until the 13th and it's currently the 8th...we're both working from home so we use wi-fi religiously for getting our work done. Is there any way we can activate early before the 13th does anyone know? Would be a massive help!

Sorry, @Anonymous User , but the date you were given is dependent on things beyond either your or NowTVs control. Namely when an Openreach engineer can be scheduled to do whatever needs to be done at your local exchange and the street cabinet. Even on the 13th, it can take up to midnight before you go live.
Keep an eye on the lights on the router, which should give you an idea as to when you go live.
