Wi-Fi off in stoke on trent

Anybody know why the internet is down in stoke on trent?

been off for 4 days now 😱

contacted customer support and they were rubbish

We are just customers like you and some wont have broadband with NOW, so we won't be able to help. All I can suggest is to call the broadband team. 

Most likely a fault being investigated by OpenReach.

I had no internet all last night.

Is there an issue or do i need to contact Now Broadband??

If the WiFi isn't working, have you tried rebooting the router?

You should also connect via ethernet cable and see what you get that way.

If the steps from @chilli2 still show you to have no internet, then call the team using the link from the post directly up from yours.
