Probably best to get in touch with the NowTV Broadband team then, as it’s their router.
You will find the phone number to ring them on under My Account, Broadband and calls, or Orders & appointments.
If it’s not obvious, look under Moving to a new address; the number shown there is the one you call for everything.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
