Wi-Fi authentication expired message

New broadband set up today.

After switching router, TV, phone etc off and on numerous times I have finally managed to connect my devices.

But am getting various messages on my android phone.

Namely:

Wi-Fi authentication expired. Touch here to login into NOWTV.

When I do, it comes up with a blank, white, page which doesn't solve the problem.

And

Connected (equires login/authorisation)

And the signal bars have an asterix (!) next to it.

No idea how to solve this and whether my Wi-Fi is currently not secure.

Thank you.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
