Why the frighing hell is my internet down AGAIN

My internet is down AGAIN... WHY? My bills are paid.. internet goes down regularly. Supposed to be on the best fibre package being super fibre.. and the internet is OFF AGAIN... WHY.?????? Why am I gonna being charged for only having internet half of the time?????? This is starting to take the royal pi**

Mines gone off this morning aswell keep turning it on and off no luck yet as of yet.

Looking over on Sky Twitter there are a couple of Broadband outages around the country, where post code BB7 and N15 was mentioned.

 

Also yesterday criminals / thieves caused damage to BT equipment in the Cambridgeshire area (apparently it's the second time this has happened by criminals on the same BT exchange box).

Mine is down as well! It has been for the last 2 days! I live in St Johns Wood. Anyone else around here whose internet is down?
